About Me

Hey there! My name is Jenni.

Since I can remember I've had a passion for health and fitness. But on my journey in this field, I encountered many challenges. As difficult as these times were, I wouldn't change a single thing. Because going through them completely changed my perspective on what it means to be healthy. And all my experiences made me into the person I love today: the person who dreams of helping and guiding others into success on their own journeys too.  

 

I aspire to share my passions, experience, and expertise to foster an entire community of healthy and happy individuals. And so, I am currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, the business owner of More Than Mealz, a writer for Spoon University FIU, and a senior majoring in Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University. God willing, within the near future, I will become a Registered Dietitian too.
